Items not Required?
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content
of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your
purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will
allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receiving your order.
If you do this, please email: returns@marshallindustrial.co.uk quoting
your original invoice number. A customer care advisor will then e-mail
you a returns form for you to fill out and enclose with the returning
goods.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track
them using a reputable carrier or we can arrange the collection with our
own carrier but there would be a fee (quoted to you) deducted from the
refund amount.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are
returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original
packaging. Please include a copy of the completed returns form. This
will help speed up the whole process.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when
received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours
of receiving the goods on (0115) 978 5454
or customercare@marshallindustrial.co.uk quoting your original invoice
number. We will supply a returns form which must be filled in and
enclosed with the returned goods.
Marshall Industrial Supplies will arrange the uplift of the goods.
Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged
defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the
full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
Goods must be well packaged. After filling-out the form you shall receive an email to say when the items will be uplifted.
Please allow upto 5 working days from submitting the form for a member of the team to contact you to discuss further actions.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to
signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the
packaging, sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible,
please ensure you sign for the goods un-examined to allow us to take any
claims up with our delivery partners if necessary. Images of the outer
packaging (including the shipping label) and images of the inside of the
package will be requested to support your claims.
