Delivery Cut-Off Times
We try our best to get most orders out the same day as we receive them but some items are a direct delivery from our suppliers to you so we do not have great control over their dispatch times. Below is a guide for dispatch times on all orders we receive. If we have stock of the items on your order then we will try to dispatch it the same day if you order before these times in the table below. Orders placed after these times will try to be dispatched same day but it could miss the collection from the carrier so it will leave the following working day*.
*working days are shown in the table below except for any British calendar holidays.

Everyday we send out over 100's of different parcels to the whole of Europe. We pride ourselves on a fast and reliable delivery service so you can receive your orders undamaged but on time.
Our standard delivery time is 1-3 working days (Only for UK Mainland Addresses). Deliveries outside of UK mainland addresses may have a longer delivery time.

Q & A
Can I get my order next day?
Yes. If we have stock of the item(s) you have ordered then we will send it for a next day delivery if you order before our cut off times. We can offer a backorder service which means we can send the items we have in stock and follow with the remaining with free delivery on the backorder. To check our stock, please Call: 0115 978 5454.
Do you offer a premium delivery?
Yes we do. For a premium delivery service like AM or Saturdays, we ask you ring or email us directly as we have to do this manually and quote you the delivery charge.
What Delivery van should I look out for?
We use DHL (Formally known as UKMAIL), Parcel Force or Royal Mail for deliveries outside of Nottingham. For the Nottingham area you will need to look out for our own van. For bulky items it may vary.
Iv had the shipped email 2 days ago but I haven't received my order still?
In the Shipped email you received, there is a tracking code which you can click on to track your item. For more information on where your delivery is, please visit the carriers website and use the tracking number provided.
I've come to check-out and the carriage charge has gone up, why?
We make no money on the carriage charges. Depending on what carrier we need to use to send your items, we will only charge you that price. If you are in the highlands or over seas then our carriers charge us more due to the extra transport involved.
Can I get a quote for the delivery charge before I go though the check-out?
Yes. if you add the item(s) to your shopping cart first then visit your cart. There should be a button called 'estimate shipping and taxes', click on that and fill the form out for the shipping cost. this price will not alter unless you add more items to your cart.
