As Key Joint Box 4, but includes an additional hinged arm which positions under the opened pit lid offering added security and safety. Used to remove the manhole covers of joint boxes with the exception of types 21 and 22. Is also suitable for use on Frame & Cover Unit Type Light and Frames & Cover Carriageway 4
